Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Daily trash pick up and removal of debris from parking lots, carports, and sidewalks
- Cleaning of curbs, parking lots, and other areas as needed
- Sweeping and cleaning of parking lots, carports, and common areas
- Compliance with company policies and procedures, including regular vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Performing routine tasks such as weeding, watering flowers, and trimming shrubs
- Preparation of apartments for new tenants, including painting and minor repairs
- Maintenance of rain gardens and flower pots
- Light checks on property interior and exterior
- Coordination with the service supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or related experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of apartment building systems and maintenance desired
- Ability to follow instructions and take initiative in completing tasks
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, HVAC systems, and carpentry an asset
