Role Description:
Kanazeh Lawn Service is seeking hardworking and reliable Lawn Crew Members to help maintain and enhance our clients’ properties. In this role, you will be responsible for operating zero-turn mowers and other lawn maintenance equipment while ensuring properties are maintained to our high standards. If you have experience with lawn care equipment and enjoy working outdoors, this is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team!

In this role, you will be responsible for operating zero-turn mowers and other lawn maintenance equipment while ensuring properties are maintained to our high standards. Responsibilities:
- Operate zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn maintenance equipment.
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist with general landscape maintenance, including cleanup and debris removal.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Work as part of a team to complete daily job assignments efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience operating zero-turn mowers and other lawn care equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Hours & Additional Information:
- Work hours vary by season, typically starting between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM and ending around 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
- This position is offered as a 1099 contract role, with potential for W2 employment in the future.
- Annual bonuses and paid time off available based on tenure.
- Additional services include spring and fall cleanups, as well as snow removal during the winter months.
