Role Description :
Kanazeh Lawn Service is looking for a skilled and motivated Landscape Foreman / Crew Lead to oversee landscaping projects and ensure quality execution. This role requires hands-on leadership in tasks such as mulching, edging, planting, trimming shrubs, and general landscape maintenance. Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise the landscape crew in various tasks, including mulching, planting, edging, trimming shrubs, and basic maintenance.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
- Operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment and trailers.
- Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills and maintain productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure proper functionality and longevity.
- Assist with seasonal services, including spring and fall cleanups and snow removal when needed.
