- Lead and manage the mechanical engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement mechanical engineering strategies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design, analysis, and testing of mechanical components and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery of engineering solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor software and other engineering tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience in industrial furnace industry.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
