We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
- Greet customers, vendors, and job applicants in a welcoming manner.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls, estimates, and appointments for electricians.
- Maintain and update customer records, job files, and work orders.
- Assist with invoicing, processing payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and manage office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and document management.
- Assist with scheduling employee shifts and tracking time-off requests.
- Support basic marketing efforts, such as social media posts and email campaigns.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
