- Utilize software to create accurate estimates, quotes, and invoices for various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Perform necessary tasks including but not limited to; answering the telephone, stocking and recovering inventory, and maintaining a safe working environment.
