What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Writer/Advisor position at Gillums Service & Repair, INC?
Here at Gillum’s Service and Repair, Inc., we are in search of a full – time Service Writer. We are looking for someone with a great attitude and a willingness to work.
Applicant must have three or more years of engine/equipment diagnosis, preferably in one of the following industries: agricultural equipment, motor vehicle industry, outdoor power equipment, recreational vehicles, construction equipment and machinery, small engine and accessories. Applicant must be willing to work a normal 40 hours per week, and longer hours, as required, to meet customer demands. In this position you must be able to lift and handle heavy loads up to 70 lbs. and work outdoors and indoors in all weather. We require you to be proficient in parts lookup, and that you have good organizational, multitasking skills, in addition to reasonable computer skills and typing skills. In this position, you will be talking with customers, checking in equipment, writing estimates, pulling parts, and anything else to set the Technicians up for efficiency and success.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
