**Construction Project Manager**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed on time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with architects, owners, subcontractors, and project superintendents to ensure a smooth, seamless process from beginning to end of a project. Ensuring quality workmanship and adhering to project schedules is also vital to the success of a project. Our current project locations are in London, Whitesburg, Jenkins and Bardstown.
**Duties:**
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, employees, materials, and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Utilize construction management software for project scheduling and tracking.
- Create a schedule to coordinate all aspects of the project.
- Oversee the construction team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Collaborate with project architects, managers, owners, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
**Skills:**
- Strong understanding of the construction project life cycle, management skills, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Experience in supervising construction teams and subcontractors.
-Experience with software such as Excel, Construction Online, Bluebeam and Smartsheet.
