Key Responsibilities

The Customer Support Coordinator at Gilson is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and developing a strong understanding of our products and procedures.

Main Tasks

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Manage customer orders, including processing sales orders, returns, and internal transfers.
  • Provide technical support and answer customer questions regarding product availability and pricing.
  • Foster strong relationships with the Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications.
  • 1 year experience in customer service or inside sales.
