As an Order Processing Representative, you will provide sales support to customers and sales reps. This includes expediting, quoting, order taking, restocking, and troubleshooting problems.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Provide sales support including expediting, quoting, order taking, restocking, and troubleshooting.
- Handle custom orders and client-specific questions.
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering and warehouse.
- Perform data entry tasks while learning the system and product lines.
- Utilize Outlook, Excel, and SAP for daily tasks.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications :
- 1 year of customer service or order entry experience.
- Ability to think analytically and pick up technical product knowledge.
- Typing speed of 45 WPM.
- High School Diploma.

The pay range for this position is $22.53 - $22.53 / hr.
