Gilt Bar is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Of House Manager (Salary Based on Experience Bonus Structure) to join our team!

Experience and Qualifications:
- Restaurant Management experience is a plus.
- Open availability including weekends and holidays.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
- Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
- Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
- Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees and ownership.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dedication to quality and commitment to seeing issues through to their resolution.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed, such as hiring, progressive discipline and wage increases.
- Maintain and progress all areas of service in your store.
- Maintain relationships with regular guests and assist with their needs.
- Manage up to 5 shifts a week; a mix of opening and closing shifts will be expected.
- Participate in employee 6-month reviews.
- Possess the ability to fill into any FOH hourly position.
- Provide a positive and energetic demeanor to each service.
- Responsible for maintaining Front of House supplies.
- Schedule subject to modification or approval by the FOH Operating Partner and Executive Service and Operations Director.
- Train and mentor your Lead Employees.
- Work with BOH and other leadership to run an efficient, cohesive store.
