- Develop and manage carrier relationships
- Negotiate transportation rates with carriers
- Provide thorough and accurate follow-up information to our customers regarding their shipments
- Develop solid relationships with clients by providing them with excellent customer service
- Communicate with management and sales team regarding accounts performance
- Minimum of one year of industry experience in Logistics Brokerage
