Giltner Transportation is looking for a Shop Supervisor to lead our maintenance team! If you have experience with semi-trucks and refrigerated trailers and enjoy leading a team

Shop Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of five mechanics

Create work orders, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion

Oversee maintenance and repairs on semi-trucks and refrigerated trailers

Ensure the shop operates safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped work environment
Shop Supervisor Qualifications:

Experience with heavy-duty trucks and refrigerated trailers is preferred

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and delegate work effectively
