Job Description:

TrueStone is seeking a Marketing and Asset Management Associate with a strong background in commercial real estate (CRE) to join our dynamic team. This role blends asset management expertise with strategic marketing initiatives, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth and development. As part of our team, you'll be instrumental in driving marketing campaigns, managing investor relations, and supporting asset management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the asset management team to understand the details of deals and leverage this knowledge to guide strategic marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, content, and event-driven channels to communicate the firm s sophisticated investment approach.
• Play a key role in investor relations, including preparing detailed reports, organizing investor events, and managing investor communications.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling across all platforms to safeguard and promote the TrueStone brand.
• Analyze market and performance data to continually refine marketing strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Create professional and strategic communications that reflect the company s high standards and values.
• Lead the development of Offering Memorandums (OMs) for ongoing deals and update pitch books to effectively showcase the company s capabilities and investment opportunities.
• Oversee and manage TrueStone s social media presence, crafting engaging content that connects with and expands the firm s audience.
• Spearhead email marketing campaigns that engage investors, promote the firm s services, and drive investment interest.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong background in commercial real estate (CRE), with a solid understanding of investment structures (LP/GP) and financial metrics like ROI and IRR.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms.

NY Pay Transparency:

The pay range for this position is ($25.00) hourly based on skills and experience.
