Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Supervision: Lead by example and inspire your team to uphold the philosophy and standards of Ginger Cove.
- Resident Care Oversight: Conduct rounds every two hours to ensure all residents needs are met with the highest standard of care.
- Team Collaboration: Assess nursing priorities, communicate with staff, and ensure a seamless and efficient unit performance.
- Medication & Treatment Oversight: Safeguard the effective and safe administration of medications and treatments for residents.
- Staff & Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate nursing care and staff performance, providing guidance and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA and privacy standards.

Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN Preferred.
- Current RN License in the state of Maryland.
- American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination (AANAC) certification required.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
- At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
- Experience working with senior communities and Alzheimers or dementia care.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
