As a Property Operations Intern, you will assist with the day-to-day operations and management of residential communities. This role offers hands-on experience in property management and real estate operations, providing valuable exposure to various aspects of resident relations, leasing, and financial management and property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Resident Relations :
Assist in managing resident communications, including inquiries and requests.
Assist with marketing vacant units and preparing marketing materials.
Assist in preparing and processing invoices, rent collections, and financial reports.
Support the scheduling of routine maintenance and repairs.
Collect, analyze and interpret data related to multiple properties within the geographic region to gain insight into market trends, property performance, resident behavior and other factors.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
