ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a guest focused, data-driven Loyalty Manager to lead the development and growth of Giordano’s loyalty program. You’ll play a pivotal role in deepening customer relationships, increasing lifetime value, and driving frequency—both online and in-restaurant.
This role will manage the day-to-day operations, strategy, and optimization of our loyalty initiatives, with a focus on driving membership, engagement, personalization, and ROI.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead the development and execution of Giordano’s loyalty marketing strategy.
· Evolve loyalty program initiatives and incentives into a structured, scalable program.
· Collaborate with the Marketing Manager who manages the brand’s content/digital messaging calendar and incorporate the loyalty communications into the organization’s plan.
· Partner closely with cross functional teams (Marketing, Operations, IT, etc.) and external partners (loyalty platform vendors, agencies, etc.) to bring loyalty initiatives to life.
· Own the customer lifecycle journey—from onboarding to re-engagement—and deliver personalized experiences across channels (email, SMS, app, web).
· Ensure seamless integration of the loyalty program with POS systems, mobile app/wallet, and online ordering platforms.
· Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and performance metrics to optimize loyalty program performance.
· Monitor industry trends and competitor loyalty programs to identify new opportunities and maintain Giordano’s competitive edge.
· Report on key KPIs: enrollment growth, engagement, frequency, LTV, and campaign ROI.
· Develop targeted digital advertising strategies to drive membership growth.
Own the loyalty budget, manage vendor partnerships, and oversee program investments
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in restaurant loyalty marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with customer data and marketing platforms (e.g., Toast, Engage/Fishbowl/Paytronix/Punch.)
Passion for customer experience, personalization, and loyalty innovation
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and hit deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with restaurant technology stacks (POS, online ordering, mobile apps.)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
