JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager - Hospitality to lead and expand our strategic partnerships with third-party service providers. This role will focus on identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing key relationships to drive revenue and enhance our market position on these platforms. This role is also responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to the performance of third-party service providers. As well as identifying marketing opportunities within the platforms.

Essential
5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, in the restaurant industry.
Proven track record of negotiating and managing successful third-party relationships.
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales and enhance partnerships.
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data in decision-making.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of contract negotiations, financial modeling, and performance metrics.

Collect and analyze data from third party delivery service providers.
Develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders, including restaurant managers, delivery service providers, and customers.
Identify trends and patterns in delivery data-Recommend improvements to delivery processes, with a focus on improving the partnership between the restaurants and the delivery service providers.
Assist in updating business SOPs.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in data analysis and delivery technology.
Serve as an advocate for the restaurants, working with delivery service providers to resolve issues and improve the delivery experience for customers.
Monitor customer reviews from third party delivery sites and take action to address any concerns.
