JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a Supervisor (40 hr) in our Armani store in C.C Madrid Río to be responsible for the daily on-site supervision of the sales team ensuring a great customer experience.
PURPOSE
As a member of the management team, you will report to our Store Manager supporting the store in maximizing the sales and service performance by leading from the front and being a role model to the team. You will use your knowledge and the product itself to drive the sales team and deliver a world-class service every time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support and encouragement to the sales team to ensure they and the store meet daily, weekly, and monthly store targets.
- Maximize sales opportunities and deliver a world-class service every time.
- Carry out any reasonable requests made by the management to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store.
- Support management in providing coaching sessions for the team to aid their development in luxury service.
- Follow grooming guidelines and wear the correct season uniform at all times.
