What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen and Front-of-House Supervisor position at GIOVANNI'S PIZZA?
We are looking for a versatile and motivated individual to join our team, capable of handling both kitchen and front-of-house responsibilities. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of menu items, including grinders, pastas, pizzas, salads, and operating equipment like fryers. You‘ll also manage customer interactions by seating guests, clearing tables, and ensuring a positive dining experience. In addition to cooking and serving, you will be, supervising staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, and closing the restaurant a few times a week. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask, and be flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
