Guest Service Agent
Develop skills to last you a lifetime or get your start in a new career in Maine’s 2nd Largest hotel and experience all the reasons they call Maine Vacationland.
We are looking for cheerful, personable, and highly motivated individuals to develop our seasonal and year-round team in a very fast-paced setting. This entry level position does not require hotel experience, but the skills we would appreciate in an applicant are;
· Cash Handling
· Telephone etiquette
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· A desire to bring joy to guests and customers
· Computer Skills such as email, excel, word, and internet navigation.
· Local Area Knowledge
The Guest Service Agent serves as the face of our hotel, you and your teammates would be expected to;
· Answer incoming calls
· Make, change and process reservations
· Check Guests in and out
· Maintain detailed written records
· Answer emails
· Process payments
· Assist with guest concerns
· Add to the guest experience through human connection and empathy.
· Some additional responsibilities here and there
Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, weekend, evening and holiday availability is required to meet our guests where they are and provide them with the best experience.

Hourly Pay range for this position varies between $18-$20 per hour depending on hotel-based experience. Hours available range from Part-time to 40-hour work weeks, seasonal and year-round.
