- Greet and welcome pool guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all guests
- Monitor pool area for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues
- Provide towels, sunscreen, and other amenities to guests as needed
- Assist with setting up and organizing pool furniture and equipment
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about pool facilities and services
- Maintain accurate records of pool usage, incidents, and lost items
- Perform routine pool maintenance tasks such as skimming, vacuuming, and chemical testing
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of pool safety procedures is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Familiarity with retail math and operating a cash register is beneficial
- Valid driver's license is required
