Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Evaluating business processes, discovery & requirements gathering, process analysis & design, uncovering areas for improvement and the overall implementation of projects effectively.
- Perform ongoing reviews of business processes, Gap analysis and develop optimization strategies.
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional teams and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and prepare useful reports.
- Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Document and maintain epics, features, and user stories, ensuring a seamless trace from scope through design, development, and testing.
- Perform Functional & System Testing to ensure that user stories developed meet Acceptance Criteria.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Control, lead, and coordinate with both technology & business teams located across different geographies.
- Lead development processes.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, design of information systems programs and related business processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
- Excellent consulting experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience defining strategy, developing requirements, and implementing practical business solutions.
- Experience in supporting all phases of the software development life cycle
- Proficiency with Agile development tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
