Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guard all waterfront activities
- Develop and deliver waterfront programming that is appropriate for the age and abilities of the campers
- Assist in the delivery and supervision of all water activities and special events at the waterfront
- Ensure campers and staff follow safety procedures while at waterfront activities
You will be responsible for evaluating aquatics abilities of campers and staff, providing rescues, first aid, CPR, and other emergency management services as needed, and understanding and implementing appropriate response to changes in water or weather conditions affecting the waterfront.
