Job Description
The Girl Scouts Heart of Central California is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Target Sports Lead. This role is responsible for developing and delivering engaging target sports programs that cater to the needs of campers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver target sports programs that meet the needs of campers, ensuring they are safe, fun, and challenging.
- Work closely with the Activities Manager to ensure all activities meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Maintain the target sports equipment and supplies, including inventory management and timely replacement of supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to campers and staff, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
Requirements
- Minimum age 21 preferred
- Experience facilitating activities with high risk or youth programming, required
- Ability to interact with girls of all ages
- Current certification in first aid and CPR, desired (trainings provided)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Training and experience in target sports, desired
- Archery Instructor I certified or willing to be certified
