Program Delivery
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality outdoor camping programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our members and guests. These programs will be delivered in accordance with council goals and all applicable standards, including those set by the American Camp Association, New Jersey Department of Health Youth Camp Safety Project, GSHNJ, GSUSA, OSHA, and federal, state, and local safety regulations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
