What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Summer Camp Lifeguard - Harvard, MA position at Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts?
What are you planning to do this summer? You could change lives as part of a camp staff team dedicated to helping girls build life skills, make friends, and build confidence. Supervise and work directly with campers at a beautiful waterfront that features swimming, kayaking, and paddle boards. Ensure safety and provide age appropriate water activities, instruction and opportunities. Assist and coordinate with other staff members.
Experience the full camp magic as part of the on-site, overnight camp staff! Enjoy the camaraderie and build lasting friendships with other camp staff members. If you are not available to stay overnights, we are open to discussing daytime shifts.

Must have Red Cross Lifeguard Certification, Waterfront Module (we can provide this), Red Cross First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer current by July 1, 2023. Experience as a lifeguard or swim instructor preferred. COVID-19 vaccination and most current booster are required.

Pay: $480.00 - $500.00 per week
