**Required Qualifications:**
- Girl Scout Membership required.
- Current Lifeguard Certification.
- CPR and First Aid Certification.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
**Benefits:**
This 6-week residential position includes room and meals for the duration of the summer sessions. The Waterfront Director will be responsible for planning and coordinating aquatic programs, including swimming, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, and other waterfront activities.
