Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta has an amazing opportunity for you to spend your summer at Camp Meriwether, Camp Misty Mountain, or Camp Timber Ridge making lifelong friends and memories while supporting camp operations Girl Scouts.
The Administrative Coordinator supports the director team in office administration tasks, facilitates the mail process, and provides excellent customer service to parents.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate a camper mail delivery system that is timely and accurate
- Assist with creating weekly schedules for campers and staff
- Make copies of rosters, program plans, trip plans, and deliver to the camp staff as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the staff resource corner, office, and mail center
- Assist with answering parent emails and phone calls
- Communicate with parents about missing paperwork
- Help manage equipment and materials for camp programs as necessary and help facilitate and support the ordering of camp materials
- Assist with the management of social media and photo sharing systems
- Engage as an active member of the camp community
- Other duties as assigned
