The Role - Outdoor Experiences Specialist
The Outdoor Experiences Specialist will communicate with stakeholders via social media, email, and the website to recruit and sustain campers and families for outdoor Girl Scout experiences. They report to the Director of Outdoor Program.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week that is benefits eligible.
What you will be doing:
- Create and manage council communication for the Outdoor Program Team
- Take photos and collect content on location during non-traditional business hours in an outdoor setting
- Track, analyze, and report out the performance of social media posts and channels and make recommendations accordingly
The skills you skills you will use:
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Organization and time management
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis including overnights and weekends
