- Plan, direct, and supervise a safe, innovative, and fun adventure program.
- Train and supervise challenge course specialists.
- Manage the physical facilities and equipment in the challenge course area.
- Participate as a member of the camp staff team to deliver and supervise evening programs, special events, overnights, and other camp functions.
