We are seeking a full-time Assistant Kitchen Manager to aid in the day-to-day operations of our overnight camp food service for adults and youth.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with menu planning and preparation of 3 daily meals.
- Maintain and clean an industrial kitchen, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Evaluate and ensure special food requirements for campers and staff, such as food allergies and dietary restrictions.
- Partner with administrative camp staff to plan, prepare, and deliver timely and accurate pack-out and travel camp food.
- Help maintain accurate inventory of food and cleaning supplies.
