Throughout the year, you’ll connect girls to additional Girl Scout opportunities, recruiting new members and supporting families in year-round engagement through events like open houses and Troop Formation Nights.

Your work will be varied and impactful—from leading science activities to mentoring girls on stress management—allowing you to build strong, supportive relationships and create a safe environment where girls can thrive. Beyond direct programming, you’ll forge partnerships with community volunteers, schools, and stakeholders, expanding Girl Scouts’ reach to support even more girls as they grow into confident community leaders.
