This is an exciting opportunity to work at Girl Scouts of Western Washington's summer camp, covering 414 wooded acres with over five miles of trails and beautiful Lake Devereaux. As the Waterfront Director, you will contribute to creating a fun and safe environment for campers, working closely with the site management team and other leaders to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development: Collaborate with department directors to develop and implement waterfront programs that align with the camp's mission and goals.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor waterfront staff, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.
- Camp Operations: Assist in managing the overall camp operation, including check-in and check-out procedures, bus supervision, and camp cleaning.
