Position Summary : This position is responsible for aiding the Member Placement team in the follow- up procedures to successfully convert prospective leads into registered members and background- checked volunteers. She / he is responsible for processing girl and adult volunteer data needed to implement Girl Scouting and ensure quality of information.
Reports to : Member Placement Manager
FLSA Status : Temporary, Full time, Non-exempt
Essential Functions :
- Use Girl Scouts – Arizona Cactus-Pine customer relationship management systems to support data clean up, process membership requirements, and follow up on leads throughout the recruitment, placement, and background check processes.
- Use multiple software systems to navigate between systems to ensure accuracy of
- Manual entries using our CRM system to process memberships and update member accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, text and phone call.
- Attend various Council and Recruitment events to support the mission of GSACPC.
- Ability to create, run and maintain reports through Salesforce / Looker to maintain the quality of data for Council wide use.
- Communicate effectively with staff, families, and volunteers with exceptional care.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
