Job Title: Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector
As an independent contractor with GIS Field Services, you will be responsible for performing residential property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders. This role offers a flexible schedule and weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential property inspections using a mobile app to obtain photographs, comments, and form documentation.
- Efficiently manage your time to route and complete inspections within a 3-5 day turnaround time in your designated territory.
- Maintain consistent communication with your inspection manager via text, email, and phone.
- Use a computer with an internet connection and possess basic office supplies (paper, envelopes, ink).
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience conducting occupancy inspections or a similar role.
- Familiarity with industry-standard smartphone apps such as InspectorADE, EZ Inspections, or SafeView inspect.
- Possession of an iPhone or Android device.
Benefits:
- A set rate per inspection estimated at $15-$20 per hour based on the number of inspections performed.
- Daily payments are not made; instead, you receive a payment every Friday by direct deposit for work completed the prior week.
- This position is classified as a 1099 Independent Contractor role.
