Additionally, you should be familiar with industry-standard inspection software and hardware, and have a minimum of one year experience in the field of property inspection.
Responsibilities
- Conduct residential property inspections, documenting findings using industry-standard software.
- Utilize industry-standard smartphone apps, such as InspectorADE, EZ Inspections, or SafeView, to document findings and complete reports.
- Communicate effectively with inspection managers via various channels, including text, email, and phone.
- Efficiently manage time to complete inspections within the agreed turnaround time of 3-5 days.
