Home Inspection Professional Job: GIS Field Services is looking for experienced Home Inspection Professionals for Mortgage Industry to conduct property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for determining occupancy, reporting property conditions, and providing high-quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect residential properties to determine occupancy and report general property conditions
  • Utilize mobile apps to collect data and document findings
  • Communicate effectively with clients and inspection managers

Requirements:
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Experience with Aspen Grove ABC #
  • Reliable computer and internet connection
  • Fuel-efficient vehicle
  • iPhone or Android device

Compensation:
  • Hourly rate: $15-$20
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
