**Job Responsibilities:**
- Conduct residential property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders
- Determine occupancy based on industry standards and report general property conditions
- Use mobile apps to obtain photographs, comments, and form documentation
- Communicate effectively with inspection managers via text, email, and phone
Requirements:
- Valid US driver's license
- Aspen Grove ABC #
- Computer with internet connection
- Fuel-efficient vehicle
- iPhone or Android device
- Printer and office supplies
- HUD keys (set of 11)
- Daylight hour availability
Pay and Hours:
- Estimated hourly rate: $15-$20
- Inspections paid out every Friday by direct deposit
- Average weekly hours: 5-15
Salary : $15 - $20
