Mortgage Field Inspection Professional Needed
GIS Field Services is seeking a skilled Mortgage Field Inspection Professional to conduct residential property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders. As a seasoned inspector, you will verify property occupancy, report general property conditions, deliver letters or post notifications, and complete vacant interior walkthroughs or insurance repair progress reports.
This role requires the ability to efficiently manage time to complete inspections within an estimated 3-5 day turnaround time in your agreed territory. You will also use a mobile app to obtain all photographs, comments, and form documentation, communicate consistently with your inspection manager via text, email, and phone, and maintain a computer with an internet connection, iPhone or Android, and office supplies.
The compensation for this position is estimated at $15-$20 per hour based on the number of inspections performed, with payments made every Friday by direct deposit for work completed the prior week. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
