GIS Field Services offers expert mortgage inspection services to mortgage lenders. We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspection Expert to conduct residential property inspections on our behalf. As a highly skilled inspector, you will verify property occupancy, report general property conditions, deliver letters or post notifications, and complete vacant interior walkthroughs or insurance repair progress reports.
You will be responsible for using a mobile app to obtain all photographs, comments, and form documentation, communicating consistently with your inspection manager via text, email, and phone, and maintaining a computer with an internet connection, iPhone or Android, and office supplies. Efficient time management is crucial to complete inspections within an estimated 3-5 day turnaround time in your agreed territory.
The compensation for this position is estimated at $15-$20 per hour based on the number of inspections performed, with payments made every Friday by direct deposit for work completed the prior week.
