Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspection Opportunity
GIS Field Services is a reputable company in the mortgage field inspection industry with over 20 years of experience. We are seeking independent contractors to perform residential property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in conducting occupancy inspections, using industry-standard smartphone apps such as InspectorADE, EZ Inspections, or SafeView inspect. The inspector will be responsible for verifying property occupancy, reporting general property conditions, delivering letters or posting notifications, and completing vacant interior walkthroughs or insurance repair progress reports.
A key aspect of this role is efficient time management to complete inspections within an estimated 3-5 day turnaround time in your agreed territory. You will also use a mobile app to obtain all photographs, comments, and form documentation, communicate consistently with your inspection manager via text, email, and phone, and maintain a computer with an internet connection, iPhone or Android, and office supplies.
The compensation for this position is estimated at $15-$20 per hour based on the number of inspections performed, with payments made every Friday by direct deposit for work completed the prior week. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
