GIS Field Services is a leading provider of mortgage field inspection services. As a Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector, you will play a critical role in verifying property occupancy and reporting general property conditions to mortgage lenders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct residential property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders
- Verify property occupancy based on industry standards
- Report general property conditions using a mobile app
- Communicate effectively with inspection managers via text, email, and phone
Requirements:
- Valid US driver's license
- Aspen Grove ABC #
- Computer with internet connection
- Fuel-efficient vehicle
- iPhone or Android
- Printer
- Office supplies (paper, envelopes, ink)
- HUD keys (set of 11)
- Daylight hour availability
- Volt stick (preferred)
Compensation:
- Paid weekly by direct deposit
- Estimated hourly rate: $15-$20
- Hours per week: 5-15
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
