Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector
We are seeking experienced inspectors to perform residential property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Spend extended periods driving and efficiently manage time to route and complete inspections within a 3-5 day turnaround time in your agreed territory.
- Determine occupancy based on industry standards and report general property conditions.
- Use a mobile app to obtain all photographs, comments, and form documentation.
- Communicate consistently with your inspection manager via text, email, and phone.
Requirements:
- Valid US driver's license.
- Aspen Grove ABC #.
- Computer with internet connection.
- Fuel-efficient vehicle.
- iPhone or Android.
- Printer.
- Office supplies (paper, envelopes, ink).
- HUD keys (set of 11).
- Daylight hour availability.
- Volt stick (preferred).
Pay and Hours:
- $15-$20 per hour, paid out every Friday by direct deposit for work completed the prior week.
- Depending on the territory, expect to work 5-15 hours per week.
- This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
