We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector to join our team at GIS Field Services. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders, verifying property occupancy, and reporting general property conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders
Verify property occupancy and report general property conditions
Deliver letters or post notifications as needed
Requirements
Strong time management skills, able to efficiently route and complete inspections within a 3-5 day turnaround time
Proficient in using mobile apps to obtain photographs, comments, and form documentation
Consistent communication with inspection manager via text, email, and phone

You will have access to a computer with internet connection, iPhone or Android device, and office supplies

Inspections are primarily basic exteriors, but may require interior access to secured/vacant properties and appointment-based insurance loss inspections.
