Residential Property Inspection Job Description
As a Residential Property Inspection Specialist with GIS Field Services, you will play a critical role in verifying property occupancy and reporting general property conditions on behalf of mortgage lenders. This opportunity requires knowledge and experience in conducting occupancy inspections, using industry-standard smartphone apps such as InspectorADE, EZ Inspections, or SafeView inspect.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Verifying property occupancy
* Reporting general property conditions
* Delivering letters or posting notifications
* Completing vacant interior walkthroughs or insurance repair progress reports
* Using a mobile app to obtain all photographs, comments, and form documentation
* Communicating consistently with your inspection manager via text, email, and phone
The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills to complete inspections within an estimated 3-5 day turnaround time in your agreed territory. Compensation for this position is estimated at $15-$20 per hour based on the number of inspections performed, with payments made every Friday by direct deposit for work completed the prior week.
