Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough exterior and interior property evaluations to verify occupancy and report general property conditions
- Utilize mobile app technology to obtain photographs, comments, and form documentation
- Establish consistent communication with inspection managers via text, email, and phone
Requirements:
- Valid US driver's license
- Aspen Grove ABC #
- Computer with internet connection
- Fuel-efficient vehicle
- iPhone or Android
- Printer
- Office supplies (paper, envelopes, ink)
- HUD keys (set of 11)
- Daylight hour availability
Compensation and Scheduling:
- Set rate per evaluation estimated at $15-$20 per hour based on location, volume, and efficiency
- Evaluations paid out every Friday by direct deposit for work completed the prior week
- Estimated 5-15 hours of work per week depending on territory
