Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing initiatives for our Bay area hotel. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen our market position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, technical sales, and account management, with a proven ability to lead teams and negotiate effectively.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Oversee business development efforts to identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and account management.
- Lead the sales team in achieving targets through effective outside sales techniques.
