Who You Are
To provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient and timely billing and collection of accounts.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with estimators, shipping, and accounting departments
- Utilize Job Boss and Salesforce to perform duties and responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone or email
- Process credit cards and checks for deposits and/or final payments
- Apply cash receipts
- Invoice deposits
- Prepare bank deposits
- Reconcile bank accounts (credit card and online store accounts)
- Schedule shipments with customers
- Obtain and process final payments for non-term accounts
- Authorize in the system completed jobs for shipping
- Generate customer invoices and statement
- Follow up on Net 30 customers
- Process journal entries
- Generate weekly and monthly reports
- Process stock orders
- Perform other duties as required
What You Bring
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2 years of account receivable experience
- Time Management skills
- Problem sensitivity and creative thinking
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- Neat and organized
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to achieve the intended objective
- Ability to adapt to change
