We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Part-Time HR Specialist to manage key human resources functions, as well as handling the onboarding process for new hires and other administrative tasks. Summary Of Roles And Responsibilities
- Facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring new hires are well-integrated and understand company policies and procedures.
- Assist new hires with the I-9 form and background check completion.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including conducting periodic audits.
- Support the HR team with other projects as needed.
- Flexible part-time schedule, approximately 15-25 hours per week.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years in a similar HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
